By accessing or using MakerQuote.IO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MakerQuote.IO is a web-based cost calculator and business management tool designed for 3D printing businesses. The Service includes:

• Cost calculation tools
• Inventory management
• Quote generation and management
• Printer profile management
• Related features and functionality

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the Service with certain restrictions on features and usage.

4.2 PRO Subscription

The PRO subscription provides full access to all features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MakerQuote.IO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MAKERQUOTE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy of calculations or estimates
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

You acknowledge that cost calculations are estimates based on the information you provide. Actual costs may vary. You are responsible for verifying all calculations before using them for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKERQUOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MakerQuote.IO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
